Pre-cleanse + analysis

Warm towel, double cleanse, exfoliation if needed. Pick your aromatherapy.

The massage

20–60 minutes depending on length chosen. Scalp, temples, neck, shoulders. Pressure points held longer where there's tension.

Deep treatment
