Romy opened Romy Salon & Spa in Old Town Fairfax in 2025 with a single, stubborn idea: that beauty appointments deserve to feel like rituals, not transactions. Every guest is greeted by name. Every formula is recorded. Every appointment is built around one stylist's full attention — never a rotating cast.
When she's not at the chair, you'll find Romy painting (literally), studying color trends from European runways, or planning the next round of training for the artists she hopes to bring into the studio.
