We accept walk-ins when stylists have openings, but we're an appointment-first studio. To guarantee a chair (and the right stylist), please book online via Mangomint or call ahead. Sunday appointments fill quickly — book at least a week out for weekends.

For standard color or balayage with Romy, please book 2–3 weeks ahead. For color corrections (which require longer appointments), 4–6 weeks ahead. For bridal services, please inquire as early as possible — we typically book bridal trials 2–4 months ahead.

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge; no-shows are charged 100%. We understand life happens — please call or text us as soon as you know.

Yes — digital gift cards in any amount are available through our Mangomint booking page. They never expire and can be used for any service or retail product. Great for birthdays, Mother’s Day, and "you’ve had a hard month" gifts.

Yes, but color corrections require a complimentary consultation first (in person or via video) so Romy can assess the hair, plan the multi-step approach, and quote accurately. Email a few photos in natural light to info@romysalon.com to start the conversation.

Yes. We're an authorized Olaplex salon, and bond-builder is included in every color service at no additional cost. We also carry the full retail line for at-home care.
